1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XOX 2.0, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the game.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features (online multiplayer, leaderboards, achievements), you may need to create an account using:

• Google Sign-In: Your Google account credentials are used for authentication via Firebase.
• Guest Mode: Provides limited functionality without full account features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Game Rules & Fair Play

When playing XOX 2.0, you agree to:

• Play fairly and not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or third-party tools to gain unfair advantages.
• Respect other players and not engage in harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
• Not spam the global chat or send inappropriate content.

Violations may result in account suspension, score reset, or permanent ban.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in XOX 2.0, including but not limited to graphics, sound effects, music, code, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by Beyin Stüdyo or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.
• Use game assets in your own projects without written permission.
• Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks.

5. In-App Advertisements

XOX 2.0 is free to play and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. By using the game, you agree to view ads as part of the gameplay experience.

6. Limitation of Liability

XOX 2.0 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Beyin Stüdyo is not liable for:

• Any loss of data, progress, or in-game achievements.
• Interruptions, server downtime, or bugs.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the game.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
