Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how users of XOX 2.0, provided by Beyin Stüdyo, can request deletion of their account and related user data.
After receiving your request, we may contact you by email to verify account ownership. Valid deletion requests are completed within 90 days.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to m.saiduludag@gmail.com from the Google account or contact email used with XOX 2.0.
- Use the subject line XOX 2.0 Account Deletion Request.
- Include your in-game username and, if available, the email address linked to your XOX 2.0 profile.
- After verification, your account and related game data will be deleted.
Data Deleted
When account deletion is completed, the following data is deleted or anonymized:
- User ID and account link associated with Google sign-in
- In-game username and profile information
- Online statistics, scores, wins/losses, and leaderboard data
- Private room and online match records linked to your account
- User-generated chat messages that can be associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
Limited records may be retained temporarily when required for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention, or technical logs. These records are kept only as long as necessary and are normally deleted or anonymized within 90 days.
Data processed by third-party services such as Google, Firebase, or advertising services may be subject to those providers' own deletion and retention policies.
Delete Data Without Deleting the Account
You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your full account, such as profile data, scores, or chat messages. Send an email to m.saiduludag@gmail.com with the subject XOX 2.0 Data Deletion Request.
